Tips and tricks
Locate your smartphone and more using Android™ Device Manager

From a device connected to the Internet:
- locate your smartphone,
- make it ring even if silent mode is enabled,
- lock it,
- erase data.

Prerequisite
1. Have a Google account registred in your smartphone:
- on your phone, open Google app

- at the top left corner, tap on the Menu icon

- check the email address used for Google app

If you aren't signed in already, sign in with your Google Account.
2. Go to "Settings" app Settings app Wiko

and enable "Location".
3. In "Settings" app, tap on "Data usage" then enable "Cellular data", if needed.*
4. In "Settings" app, tap on "Security" in "Personal" section,
5. tap on "Device administrator" in "Device administration" section,
6. tick the box "Find My Device".

* To improve the chances of an accurate tracking, enable Wlan connection , if possible.

Android™ Device Manager
With the same Google login as on your smartphone, connect to https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager:
- if your phone is turned on and connected to the Internet, you see your phone's location,
- if your phone's location is unavailable, you can still make it ring for 5 minutes at full volume by clicking Ring. You can stop the ringing from your phone when you find it.
