Start a conference call

Call a contact:
- during the call, tap on "Add call"  ,
- dial a phone number then tap on ,
or
- select a contact (the first call is put on hold),
and
- tap on "Merge" .*

* To speak with a contact separately:
- tap on "Manage",
- tap on.
