Draw and write over a picture

Open a picture using "Photos" app:
- tap on ,
- swipe leftward the line "Suggestions... Crop..." then tap on "More",
- tap on  "Markup",
- to draw something using a finger, select a color and a drawing tool,
and/or
- select the text tool  and type (text can be repositioned on the picture),
- tap on "Done" to validate then on "Save copy".

INFO: "Photos" app must be up-to-date to benefit from its latest features.
