Draw and write on a picture

Open a picture using "Photos" app,
- tap on ,
- tap on ,
- tap on "Markup",
- to draw something using a finger, select a colour and a drawing tool,
and/or
- select the text tool  and type (text can be repositioned on the picture),
- tap on "Done" to validate then on "Save copy".
